Solorein Technology Inc.was co-founded by entrepreneurs from China and US in 2004 with $10 million registration capital. The companys key management and engineering team members are from Silicon Valley USA. The headquarter is located at Chengdu Southwest Air Harbor High-tech Economic Developmental Zone near Chengdu Airport.with 5000 office building and 18000 world class industrial production facility (Phase-I construction).
Solorein was co-invested by Sichuan Xiongfei Group and US XInyang Inc. It focuses on R&D, manufacturing and sales of opto-electronics chips employing Plannar Lightwave Circuits (PLC) technology and sensors used in IOT field. More than 30 patents have been authorized in this field. In 2013, it invested nearly $30M to build up the PLC engineering platform a full line of 6 wafer fab: a complete inside development system was established: product research and development, wafer process, wafer dicing, chip packaging.
